Dismissal
An important part of any employment and labour law practice is the process of termination of individual contracts and collective dismissals. With termination one must consider among other things, notification and any notification prohibitions, termination reimbursement (golden parachute), the position of the statutory director (who has not only a corporate but also an employment relation with his employer) and unlawful competition (either on general terms or on the basis of a non-competition clause).
